Ted Torbeck

President and CEO

Ted Torbeck is President and CEO of Cincinnati Bell Inc. He joined Cincinnati Bell in 2010 as President and General Manager of Cincinnati Bell Communications. In that role, he was responsible for all Cincinnati-based communications businesses, which include Cincinnati Bell Telephone and other wireline companies, Cincinnati Bell Wireless and CBTS. Prior to joining Cincinnati Bell, Mr. Torbeck was Chief Executive Officer of the Freedom Group, a subsidiary of Cerberus Capital Management, a private equity firm. In this role, Mr. Torbeck acquired nine companies and integrated them into one entity. Mr. Torbeck worked more than 25 years for the General Electric Co. He served as the Vice President of Operations for GE Industrial Business, President and CEO of GE's Rail Services business as well as Vice President of Global Supply Chain for GE Aviation. A native of Cincinnati, Mr. Torbeck earned his B.S. in Marketing from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and his MBA at Xavier University. He is on the Board of Directors for United Way of Greater Cincinnati and the USA Regional Chamber Board. In addition, he serves on the Minority Business Accelerator Leadership Council for the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber and is a member of the Cincinnati Regional Business Committee with a focus on education. Leigh Fox

Chief Financial Officer

Leigh Fox is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Cincinnati Bell Inc. He reports directly to Ted Torbeck, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cincinnati Bell. As CFO, Mr. Fox is responsible for Cincinnati Bell's corporate accounting, finance, treasury, and tax functions, as well as investor relations, real estate, supply chain management and sourcing functions. Mr. Fox has been with Cincinnati Bell since July of 2001, and has held a variety of finance and accounting positions during his tenure. Prior to his current position, Mr. Fox was Chief Administrative Officer with responsibility for the wireline, wireless and technology services financial operations as well as human resources, real estate, supply chain management and sourcing. As Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations during 2012 and 2013, he was responsible for long-term strategic planning, budgeting and strategic board planning. From 2003 through 2012, Mr. Fox was Vice President of Finance at Cincinnati Bell Technology Solutions (CBTS) responsible for finance, accounting, information technology, human resources, legal, and supply chain management. While in this role with our technology subsidiary, Mr. Fox was a key participant in all financial aspects of its managed services, professional services and reseller businesses, as well as the development of the Data Center business that was recently spun out of CBTS in an Initial Public Offering called CyrusOne. Chris Wilson

Vice President and General Counsel

Chris Wilson is Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Cincinnati Bell Inc. Responsible for all legal matters pertaining to the company, he reports directly to President and Chief Executive Officer Ted Torbeck. Prior to his current position, Mr. Wilson served as associate general counsel and assistant corporate secretary for the company's Cincinnati-based operating subsidiaries. Before joining the in-house legal team at Cincinnati Bell, he was a partner at Frost Brown Todd LLP. Mr. Wilson is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and Cincinnati Bar Association. Mr. Wilson earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Thomas More College and a law degree from the University of Notre Dame. Read More

Christi Cornette

Sr. Vice President, Corporate Marketing

Christi most recently held the position of Vice President of Marketing at CBTS. She is responsible for product marketing, partner management, branding, and business product management. Christi began her career at IBM in 1977 where she held various sales, management and executive responsibilities over 10 years. She joined Digital Equipment Corporation in 1987 and spent several years overseeing customer relation strategies. Christi joined CBTS in April of 2001 and has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Ohio State University. Read More

Tom Simpson

Chief Technology Officer

Tom brings 23 years of diverse IT and VLSI experience and leadership. As CTO of Cincinnati Bell, he is responsible for critical technology strategy and implementation across all branches of the business. Prior to CBTS he was a professional engineer with organizations such as Scientific Atlanta, and IBM where his technologies and patents are still in use to current day. Tom is also a member of MENSA. He is actively involved in Cincinnati iSpace STEM learning space and sits on the Board of InfiniteIO. Read More

Scott Seger

Senior Vice President / General Manager

In his ten years at CBTS, Scott was Director of Midrange Computing from 2005 to 2007, responsible for the high-end compute and storage business, and then Vice President of Sales from 2008 to 2014. Prior to working for CBTS, Scott worked for Xerox from 1995 to 2004. In his last role at Xerox, Scott was National Director of Procurement Services, in which he was responsible for all 3rd-party product sales for Xerox Global Services during 2001-2004. Scott held various information technology positions for Scripps Howard from 1987 to 1995. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science from Miami University, and was an Evans Scholar. Read More

Greg Wheeler

Vice President, Commercial Sales

Since joining Cincinnati Bell in 2002, Greg has held a number of positions in the sales & marketing organization, including leading the out-of-territory market expansion efforts in Indianapolis, Indiana; Louisville, Kentucky; and Columbus and Dayton Ohio. Most recently, he served as the Sales Vice President for the small & medium business segment. Greg has over 15 years of technology sales and operations experience. Prior to joining Cincinnati Bell, he held positions at Level 3 Communications in Denver and CDW in Chicago. Greg is also a board member of the Better Business Bureau and the Salvation Army Advisory Board, and a Xavier University Executive Mentor. Al Early

Vice President, Professional Services

Al joined CBTS in January, 2007 and has grown the Professional Services business from $3.5 Million in annual revenue in 2006 to $42 Million in 2013. Last year, his team successfully recruited over 600 technical resources. Before joining CBTS, Al spearheaded a similar IT sales and recruiting practice at Definitive Solutions Company that targeted strategic customers in the retail, insurance and financial verticals. Al also stays very active in the local community serving on the Board of CancerFree KIDS, on the Cincinnati IT Cluster Council, and as Chairman of the Annual Greater Cincinnati IT Circuit golf outing, as well as mentoring underprivileged adults who are looking to create successful, sustaining careers via the Job Works organization.
